I have played this with my first and second grade ESE students and they love it. I can’t wait to get the expansion pack for the older grades. My only critique would be that you could maybe label each pack as Level 1, Level 2, etc instead of Grade 1, Grade 2. My students are all ESE and most are below level readers. I could use the Grade 2 sets with some of my 4th and 5th graders, but if they see the box first and see Grade 2 on it, they no longer want to play or feel ashamed that they have to play at a second grade level. I have had to take the cards out of their boxes and put them in baggies. Even just numbering them as Set 1, Set 2 would work, then provide a separate key for the teacher acknowledging what the grade level equivalent of each set would be.

I think this product is amazing. Not only are my kids fully engaged while using it, but I’ve also noticed a clear improvement in their reading skills after just a few uses. My daughter just turned 5 and began kindergarten this school year. She plays Squishyland for two hours straight and gathers her stuffies to play with her. She is learning and practicing her phonograms, beginning and ending sounds and sounding out words without a fuss because she is “playing a game”. Absolutely brilliant! The game is so well crafted. We are thrilled with it and would recommend it to any family. Can’t wait to get our expansion pack for our older child who is in 4th grade 👏🏻

My kids absolutely LOVE this game!! And there’s so much variety with the different card packs that it’s never repetitive. It’s highly progressed my 3 year olds letter sounds, rhyming and more. And my 5 year old is mastering skills above her age. We love love love it.

My 1st grader is struggling to practice reading at home. He gasped in awe the first time he opened the colorful play board. He's been enthusiastic to play almost daily with us. The squishy game pieces are an excellent sensory addition, as a safe item for him to express frustration through when they game isn't going his way.

My son who typically protests and pushes back anytime we try to get him to practice his sight words now jumps at the opportunity to play the Fidgit Game. Completely reframes what was a chore into a fun time.

I got the game and introduced it to my five-year-old who fell in love with it. She asks to play it several times a day with different family members. Love the ease and similarity to another beloved game (candy land). The challenge with the varying grade levels was my hope and she loves it!
